研究领域
1.家蚕先天免疫调控机制研究;
鉴定并调查了家蚕clip丝氨酸蛋白酶的种类和表达模式,研究这类蛋白酶在家蚕生长发育和先天免疫过程中的功能,阐明serpin类蛋白酶抑制剂对家蚕先天免疫的调控机制。
2.家蚕变态蜕皮机制研究;
对家蚕变态蜕皮期的表皮和蜕皮液进行了转录组和蛋白质组分析,鉴定并研究新的转录因子及丝氨酸蛋白酶等在蜕皮过程中的功能及调控作用。
