主要科研领域与方向:

1.     蚕丝纤维成纤机制的研究:利用基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学及代谢组学的手段鉴定家蚕纺丝管道中与蚕丝成纤维相关的因子;对这些因子(包括金属离子,pH及剪切力)的具体作用及其对蚕丝性能的影响进行系统性研究;阐释蚕丝蛋白成纤维的分子机制以及蚕丝蛋白结构和性能的关系。

2.     高性能新型蚕丝纤维的开发和利用:通过转基因和基因编辑手段在家蚕纺丝管道改变成纤维相关的因子,以金属离子、表皮蛋白等为靶标,对蚕丝纤维的性能进行定向改良,拓展蚕丝纤维的应用范围。


科学成就:

从事蚕丝成纤机制及性能改良研究,已发表研究论文16篇,其中以第一作者在BiomacromoleculesInsect Biochemistry and Molecular BiologyBiochimica et Biophysica ActaProteomics等权威杂志发表论文7篇;获国家发明专利授权3项;主持了中国博士后科学基金一等资助、重庆市博士后研究项目特别资助项目,并参与人员参加了国家973等重大课题。
