蛋白质组学
营养储存蛋白研究
主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目、中央高校基本科研业务项目,主研国家自然科学基金,此外还参与“973”、“863”等多个项目。在家蚕营养贮存蛋白的进化和转运研究、家蚕蛋白质组学研究等领域取得了丰硕的科研成果。建立了家蚕蛋白质分离纯化平台和shotgun蛋白质组学平台。在家蚕功能基因组学与蛋白质组学领域发表文章22篇,其中,作为第一作者发表SCI文章5篇。
