主要科研领域与方向:

科研领域:结构生物学、生物化学与分子生物学

研究方向:1)研究家蚕中抗菌蛋白的结构,抗菌机制,及医学应用转化。2)研究蛋白酶和抑制剂在丝腺发育过程中参与的调控作用,构建丝腺发育过程中的丝蛋白稳定/降解的调控网络。

 

科学成就:

先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家博士后基金特别项目、国家博士后基金面上项目重庆市基础与前沿研究技术项目和教育部中央高校科研业务费等,并作为主研人员参与了国家973、863等重大课题。已在J Biol Chem、Sci Rep等知名杂志上发表SCI论文十余篇。
